- agreements concerning the creation of works (including software) and transfer of or licensing copyrights
- agreements concerning development, implementation and maintenance of IT systems
- contract/agreements templates, internal regulations for e-commerce, non-public education, real properties
- investment contracts
- distribution contracts
- memoranda and articles of association for commercial companies and partnerships
- rules on electronic provision of services
- representing clients in civil (including business matters) and administrative proceedings and before administrative courts
- drawing up legal opinions concerning intellectual property law, civil law, business law, and international private law

Awards and accomplishments:

- 2nd prize winner in a competition organised by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection for the best MA thesis dealing with consumer protection, for the MA thesis entitled: Consumer Right to Court
- Graduate (with merit) of Law and Administration Department at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków
- award for a paper: Actions Resulting in a Suspension of the Running of Time for the Purpose of Adverse Possession with Respect to Utility Easement and Right of Way Easement Having the Same Effect as Utility Easement.
