Kancelaria MIKULSKI & WSPÓLNICY w Krakowie specialises in providing legal services to demanding business entities and in resolving complex litigation and arbitration disputes, drawing on his experience of working for foreign clients.
Within the first specialisation, we support your professional and business activities, in most aspects of the day-to-day running of your companies.
Within the second specialisation, we resolve complex disputes in court and arbitration proceedings, including those of great value. This includes disputes in cases „with a foreign element”.
Within the framework of both specialisations, we support you with our experience gained in working with foreign clients, mainly from Austria, Germany, Hungary and Spain:
