Specializes in „foreign currency indexed loans” (so-called Swiss Frank cases, which aim is to restructure a
credit agreement denominated in Swiss francs int/convert Swiss franc loans into zlotys) and cross-border
proceedings, including inheritance law and the enforcement of cross-border claims.

As a member of the Law Office Team:

Supports ongoing legal services provided to business entities,
Handles payment recovery cases through European Payment Order proceedings, preparing claims for issuing European Payment Orders and taking actions during the litigation stage,
Prepares legal analyses in the field of civil and business law,
Represents clients in cases before common courts and administrative bodies,
Represents clients in enforcement cases, preparing letters of default, applications for enforcement initiation, and liaising with enforcement bodies and debtors.

Representing borrowers in „foreign currency indexed loans cases” both in court and in settlement negotiations with banks,
Matters related to obtaining social and welfare benefits in Poland and Germany,
Family law matters, including proceedings on parental authority limits and divorce cases,
Inheritance matters before Polish, German, and Austrian authorities, including drafting petitions
for ascertainment of acquisition of the estate of the deceased person and correspondence with courts and offices,
Cases concerning land servitudes (use-of-land cases) and matters related to expropriation,
Claims for compensation due to non-performance of contracts,
Preparing objections to expert opinions in civil proceedings, including property and real estate
valuation, as well as in „foreign currency indexed loans cases”,
Drafting procedural documents in administrative proceedings related to the reopening of cases
and administrative disputes,
Cross-border employment law cases.

In payment claims, drafting legal documents for proceedings before common courts and offices,
Preparing objections to expert opinions, including in matters concerning the valuation of services,
Developing legal analyses in civil and business law, including in cases concerning the validity of
reopening proceedings for the declaration of invalidity of credit agreements related to debt
portfolio buyouts by FRiOR, or violations of personal and property copyright in the Internet,
In matters concerning settlements between partners of commercial companies.
