- Assistance in commercial law for companies in their day-to-day business operations, in litigation and in the establishment, restructuring or dissolution of companies,
- Assistance in the preparation, assessment and negotiation of contracts,
- Preparation of legal opinions,
- Advice on real-estate trading and management,
- Representation before general and arbitration courts and administrative courts and bodies.
