- representing partners in partnerships in cases concerning mutual settlements among partners, dissolutions and transformations of civil law partnerships
- representing members of management boards in claims for compensation for failure to file a bankruptcy petition, repealing resolutions of shareholders’ meetings, declaring invalidity of resolutions of shareholders’ meeting
- representing members of management boards in cases concerning entry in the commercial register

- claims for compensation and redress for infringement of author’s moral rights
