Andrzej Mikulski

He himself has specialised in solving complex disputes before public and arbitration courts, in particular, in cases which concern international connections and national trade with big-capital participation – especially:

the carrying-out of industry, road and housing investments,
purchase and delivery of entrepreneurial equipment and trade products,
elimination of investment defects in goods or plants and also transport damage,
use and recovery or restitution of (historical) real estate,
corporate relationships in companies,
transport of goods, sports and transport accidents,
debt collection and succession arrangements,
compensation and international trade.

Many awards in category of resolution of disputes in international attorneys-at-law rankings of Europe’s Best Lawyers and Law Firms Chambers and Partners,
Authoring or co-authoring of complaints for relief and nullity in numerous proceedings before appellate courts and the Supreme Court in Warsaw,
Authorised representative in arbitration cases, in particular before the Court of Arbitration of the State Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and the Court of Arbitration in Vienna,
Arbitrator recommended by the Arbitration Court of the State Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw (2010 – 2016) and for the Arbitration Court at the Institute of Corporate Law and Foreign Investments in Cracow (1997 – 2007),
Lawyer of confidence of the Republic of Austria in Poland (1991 – 2005).
