- These Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions of using the Mikulski i Wspólnicy website, including the conditions for ordering and sending the Newsletter in electronic form.

- Personal Data – personal data within the meaning of Article 6, paragraph 1 of the Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data,
- Law Firm – Mikulski i Wspólnicy Spółka komandytowa, headquartered in Kraków, ul. Kielecka 19, 31-523 Kraków, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000206955, NIP: 6751309971, REGON: 356834420,
- Newsletter – an informational publication containing updates on legal changes (Newsletter B – Current Legal Information) or comments on existing legal solutions and institutions (Newsletter A – Comments), as well as information on current events related to the Law Firm, sent to the email address provided by the User when ordering the Newsletter through the module on the website in the „Contact” section http://kancelaria.mikulski.krakow.pl or by expressing consent to receive the Newsletter while using the contact form on the Law Firm’s website in the „Contact” section http://kancelaria.mikulski.krakow.pl.
- Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions,

Terms of Using the Website
- Using the Website is free of charge, voluntary, and allowed for all Users using the Internet.
- By using the Law Firm’s Website, the User accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
- Each User is obliged to use the Website in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, respecting the law and good manners.

Technical Requirements and Cookies
- To use the website, it is necessary to have a device with Internet access and a properly configured web browser.
- The Website uses cookies, small files stored on the User’s end device, to ensure its proper operation for statistical purposes.
- The User can prevent cookies from being stored by appropriately configuring their web browser. The User can also delete already stored cookies from their end device using the browser’s functions.

Ordering the Newsletter
Ordering the Newsletter
- The User has the option to order the Newsletter.
- To order the Newsletter, the User must use the module available on the Law Firm’s Website in the „Contact” section or provide their email address in the „Newsletter” module, or express consent to receive the Newsletter while using the contact form, and then confirm the subscription to the Newsletter by clicking the link sent to the email address provided by the User and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
- Ordering and receiving the Newsletter is free of charge.
- A User using the Newsletter has the right to file complaints regarding this service at the email address: kancelaria@mikulski.krakow.pl.
- The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter by submitting a resignation statement to the Law Firm via email sent to kancelaria@mikulski.krakow.pl.

Personal Data
Personal Data
- The Law Firm acts as the Personal Data Administrator provided by the User through the Website. Personal Data may be provided, for example, when ordering the Newsletter.
- The Administrator processes Users’ Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and applies necessary technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data transmitted electronically.
- Personal Data is collected for the purpose of fulfilling the Newsletter order.

Final Provisions
Final Provisions
- The Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time. The change becomes effective upon posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the Website.
- The Law Firm is not responsible for the improper functioning of the Website or Newsletter caused by reasons beyond the Law Firm’s control.
- The law applicable to the application of these Terms and Conditions is Polish law.
