We help individual and entrepreneurial creditors to recover outstanding debts in Poland and abroad (especially in the EU). In the case of receivables from a subject abroad, we prepare a profitability analysis of procedural and execution costs in Poland and abroad by applying EU law and relevant international conventions. We examine whether it is possible to collect a debt in Poland and execute it abroad, or only in Poland.
