We regulate the legal situation of real property in and out of court and take care of the administrative proceedings. We assist in the acquisition, valuation, settling of the accounts and recovery of real estate, buildings and historic palaces thanks to the collaboration of our lawyers and partners who are proven specialists in the analysis and valuation of commercial real estate and historic buildings: banks, parks, villas and palaces.
In matters concerning tenants’ association, we offer legal assistance in the settlement of accounts of:
- renovation costs,
- the costs of structural damage,
- the cost of construction defects,
- the operating costs of the property between the developer and the owner before and after the construction of the residential community. As far as tenants’ associations are concerned, we also have extensive experience in protecting property rights, establishing easements (road and land easements), preparing internal decisions and representing the party in administrative proceedings.
In the area of investments:
We have many years of experience, especially in cooperation with large joint-stock companies in the industrial and residential construction sector, including construction companies and investors. The same applies to construction work for housing cooperatives, housing communities and all participants in the investment project; from the planning stage, through the design stage to its implementation or elimination of defects.

- Development of the organisational structure of special purpose companies, on one hand for the investor and on the other one for the general and subcontractors.
- Change in impacts of a property. (by changing the reconstruction of the neighbouring property and eliminating the risk of flooding)
- Management in the carrying-out of a consortium contract between the subcontractor, the leader of the consortium and general contractor in the carrying-out of a heat investment, taking into account the FIDIC General Conditions.
- Preparation of an investment model – hotel and flats – with regard to EU funds financing, purchase of a real estate, preparation of project documentation, bringing on board an external investor, general contractor and subcontractor, and, after the investment process is completed, a property manager.
