We would like to remind you that most claims in Poland usually become time-barred at the end of the calendar year, i.e. on 31 December 2023.

We recommend that you check your claims and submit them immediately to the competent authorities and preferably to the court.

After 31 December 2023, time-barred claims can no longer be effectively asserted.
