- repealing of a decision of the Mazovia Regional Conservation Officer concerning refusal to approve a draft building permit
- acquisition of ownership via adverse possession, easements, and protection of ownership and possession rights
- reduction of the price and compensation on account of failure to perform the contract
- compensation and redress for traffic accidents – under third party liability and comprehensive insurance
- representing an acquirer in a case concerning termination of a life estate agreement
- representing a perpetual leaseholder in a case concerning termination of a perpetual leasehold agreement
in matters concerning companies and third sector organisations, including:
- registration on non-public educational institutions
- preparing private tender documentation for construction works and construction works contract – contract value over 6 million PLN
- joint and several liability of members of the management board for obligations incurred by a limited liability company
- representing shareholders in commercial companies in cases concerning settlements among shareholders
- transformation of a sole trader entity into a public company
