  • supports ongoing legal services provided to companies and entities of the third sector, using fluent English, and operatively in German, Slovak and Ukrainian
  • advises commercial law companies in their current business activities
  • advises on the preparation and review of contracts, statutes and regulations
  • prepares legal opinions and legal analyses
  • represents clients in cases before common courts, courts and administrative authorities

Experience

He has advised individual clients on court and administrative matters, including:

  • on the acceptance and rejection of inheritance, including inheritance in Germany by persons from Poland and Great Britain, and on the rejection of inheritance on behalf of minor children
  • in inheritance cases before Polish, German and Austrian authorities
  • on probation of inheritance
  • for usucaption of real estate, servitude and for protection of ownership and protection of possession
  • for damages for non-performance of the contract
  • on the interrelationship between construction law and civil law (e.g. on the consent of co-owners to allocate a plot of land for construction purposes)
  • in matters of warranty of a sold item, including on the basis of the Polish Civil Code and the Vienna Convention
  • on infringement of personal and property copyrights on the Internet

He advised entrepreneurs on matters relating to third sector companies and entities, including:

  • registration of non-public educational institutions, including non-public kindergartens
  • establishing companies in Poland for foreigners
  • preparation of an appeal regarding a refusal to grant subsidies from European Union funds
  • liability of management board members for the obligations of a limited liability company
  • partners of commercial companies in matters of settlements between partners
  • on the abolition of co-ownership resulting from the termination of a civil partnership agreement
  • on the lease of business premises
